Transactor is built using Microsoft’s .Net architecture, is fully Web Services based, and delivered to the call centre user as a thin client. The Transactor solution is suitable for use within an enterprise, and beyond it, using simple front-end choices. Transactor clients enjoy self-determination with regard to which front end is served to whom, and how it is delivered to the operation’s internal and external relationships.

Using Transactor’s recommended server room configuration, TGSL provide guaranteed response times and performance across every interactive or batch process, underpinned by a ‘no nonsense’ Service Level Agreement.

Outside of TGSL’s motor and property open market quotation systems, total ownership of the product life cycle from product innovation, creation, and enhancement, to document management and workflows mean that reliance on the software house for most business critical change is virtually eliminated.
