Warwickshire based Regent Insurance Group went live on Transactor 6.2 in March 2005 for its Leamington Spa based scheme administration operation. Transactor was selected following an exhaustive evaluation of all the main systems options in the current market. Key to the decision making process for Regent Insurance Group were the extensive self-management features resident in Transactor, which are becoming recognised by the industry as a ‘step change’ over competitor offerings, and have improved still further with the addition of the revolutionary Transactor ScreenBuilder toolset. The tool not only caters for the introduction of new data captures, but automatically ‘sets’ relational database tables and links all that to a full ‘validated’ transactional history with full audit trail support.
Transactor has been selected for its proven functionality and referenceability across all areas of insurance processing, including claims management. The system is being used for a wide range of specialist products including Equine, Caravan (Statics and Tourers), Motor Home, Travel, and Site Owners, as well as standard UK motor and household insurance.
