Alistair Cameron Join’s TGSL’s Milton Keynes Underwriting Team
Transactor Global Solutions Ltd (TGSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Cameron, who on May 16th becomes the fifth member of its new Milton Keynes based technical underwriting team. “Alistair is a very welcome addition to the team,” comments Ron Pease, Manager, Technical Underwriting. “We have all worked together before as employees of Cox, and we are all looking forward to working together again on the Transactor Open Market Rating product.”
Alistair brings a wealth of underwriting knowledge and experience to the team. During a long career in personal lines insurance Alistair has held a number of senior positions, including Deputy Head Of Underwriting for CGI Group (Europe) Ltd, Technical Underwriting Superintendent (Personal Motor) with AGF Insurance, and Motor Underwriting Manager with Northern Star Insurance. Prior to that, Alistair was with Phoenix Assurance as Senior Motor Underwriter.
“TGSL is based in AGF’s former offices in Avebury Boulevard” comments Alistair Cameron, “so it is a little strange to find myself a few doors away from my old office some years later! I am looking forward to working on Transactor with Ron and the team. I think the software is fantastic, and I know that the Milton Keynes team is already making a major contribution, to which I am now pleased to be adding my own efforts in the crucial areas of underwriting accuracy and EDI support.”
