Heath Lambert Upgrade To Transactor 6.2 For Contact Centre & E-Business
Heath Lambert Insurance Services are long-standing users of Transactor in their Wakefield personal lines operation. In the Contact Centre, Transactor is used to service self-branded business (Key Connect), and a range of affinities. Products offered via Transactor include private motor, commercial vehicle, motor-cycles, travel, breakdown, and household. On the website, HLIS offer a panel of household insurers integrated with Transactor on a single database environment.
In mid-2004 HLIS placed an order with TGSL for an upgrade of the e-business solution to Transactor 6.2. This was in the process of being fulfilled when HLIS won two major ‘blue-chip’ affinity clients in December 2004, and requested live dates of February 1st and March 1st respectively. Both HLIS and TGSL have developed a great deal of expertise in joint Transactor projects, and it is a credit to both companies that the two live dates were met. Transactor 6.2 is now live for e-business at HLIS. A further project is now underway to migrate the main contact centre over to 6.2, which includes the activation of a number of new affinity accounts in support of Wakefield’s highly successful sales operation.
