Lexham Insurance Brokers Switch To Transactor After Cox Insurance Withdrew Software

Insurance software specialist Transactor Global Solutions Ltd has been awarded the contract to supply it’s state of the art Transactor software to Lexham Insurance Brokers after it’s existing software provider Cox Insurance announced the withdrawal of its Brokersoft system.

The Transactor software has been designed to offer brokers a range of benefits including increased conversion and retention rates, the reduction of staffing costs and a low cost of ownership. It also allows for straightforward integration with third party products, easy to access data and is fully Microsoft compliant and compatible.

Ray Vincent, managing director of Transactor GSL commented: “Because Cox are rather abruptly withdrawing the Brokersoft system, a lot of brokers have been potentially left without the means to run their businesses. In order to ensure that this did not happen at Lexhams, we have had to install the Transactor software in half the time we would normally allow.”

Dick Ironmonger, managing director of Lexham Insurance Brokers, commented: “Having the right software is crucial to our business. Transactor gives us total control over all aspects of the client relationship as well as offering superior back office functions.

“While Cox’s withdrawal of Brokersoft was a nightmare at the time, in retrospect they have done us a favour - we now have a far better system in place which I believe will greatly benefit the business.”

Transactor went live at Lexham Insurance Brokers on 10th November 2004.
