Transactor Global Solutions Limited (‘TGSL’) and Relay Business Software Limited have signed an exclusive agreement that provides Relay with sales, marketing and support rights to TGSL’s class leading Transactor software in Ireland including Northern Ireland.

TGSL has been in the UK market for just under five years, and has offices in Winchester and Milton Keynes, with a third office opening in Halifax in January 2008. Transactor has been developed by TGSL to offer general insurance scheme brokers and volume personal lines brokers a fully Microsoft compliant insurance software solution for the call-centre and the Internet. Early in 2008 a new office opens in Halifax, and will become home to a newly recruited team of maintenance programmers who will be responsible for live system support. In addition, all UK sales and training will be based there, together with TGSL’s local team of project services staff.
