Hamilton Fraser Insurance Select Transactor

Hamilton Fraser Insurance (‘HFIS’) has become the latest high volume UK insurance broker to select Transactor as its IT solution of choice for future growth. The North London based intermediary offers a range of specialist inhouse bound insurance products across an increasing number of markets. This includes both business-to-business (‘B2B’), and business-to-consumer (‘B2C’), and it makes extensive use of technology to achieve its business aims.
HFIS has selected Transactor for its Landlord and Property products, its Medical Malpractice insurance, and its B2C travel and household insurance solutions. Each class of business will have its own Internet offering with new business, and where required, automated policy administration functionality (including temporary and permanent MTA, cancellation, and renewal functionality), either direct or through agent login. The Internet based applications will be supported with full call-centre functionality, together with Transactor’s fully integrated claims management suite for selected classes of business. The entire implementation will be underpinned by Transactor’s accounts software, handling the sales ledger to trial balance in the back office across all insurance functions.
