Multi-Commercial Business
Winchester, United Kingdom, 25th February, 2010. Transactor has gone live with an undisclosed launch client for multiple commercial business classes. The solution front-end has been built using TGSL’s revolutionary ScreenBuilder III Toolset, and caters for both B2B, and B2C trading, as well as ‘white labelling’ for affinity commercial business. There are a large number of business classes catered for, and in each case the Transactor solution can run in ‘solus’ or ‘panel’ mode, using Polaris where appropriate, intermixed with schemes developed from TGSL’s own rating toolset, Product Modeller. The Transactor multi-commercial implementation caters for client ‘self ownership’ of the call-centre and website front ends, so that new business classes, new affinities, and new rating factors can be dealt with without the need for an application release. The Transactor client also has self sufficiency for document and email fulfilment, and MI.
All classes of commercial business are integrated seamlessly with Transactor’s fully automated policy life cycle solution, catering for all phases of policy administration, and accounts to trial balance, Transactor’s uniquely configurable claims management system has also been supplied. The ability to project policy life cycle transactions on to the website has also been catered for. Transactor’s new ScreenBuilder III toolset caters for the concurrent creation of MTA, lapse, cancellation, and re-instatement functionality being automatically built for the contact centre and the website, and is available for white-labelling affinities, as well as supporting sub-agent business through secure login.
‘We have been building commercial Line of Business for a number of years, ‘confirms Ray Vincent, Managing Director, TGSL. ‘It is good to see so many of them live in one implementation.’
