The TGSL insurance software system offers its clients two ways to gain access to dedicated development services. Most clients prefer to use our ‘Request For Change’ (RFC) process, whereby new functionality specifically intended to enhance the client’s own business can be conducted on a fixed cost ‘shared risk’ basis. TGSL welcomes change and any new functionality requested that may have a wider benefit to the Transactor user base as a whole may be conducted free of charge.

TGSL also offer clients a Full Time Equivalent (‘FTE’) option, whereby resources can be block-booked on a long-term basis at a reduced day rate. This typically suits a corporate client with multiple Transactor workstreams, and a long term rolling insurance software solution implementation - for example, larger enterprise insurance brokers with a number of legacy solutions that are merging them all into one Transactor implementation, with a number of data conversions.
